The REAL pizza oven is a wood fired oven. The oven is made in several layers. The first internal layer of the pizza oven is in refractory clay, and then, it has other layers of mortar and ceramic blanket until it finishes a layer of colored cork. It's a very robust pizza oven with a superb insulation.
We have 5 diferent finishing colours on this pizza oven.
We manufacture this pizza oven in 7 diferent sizes, ranging from 90 cm to 150 cm (external measures).
The usefull opening on the pizza oven door is 40cm wide on sizes up to 110cm and 46cm wide opening on sizes 120cm onwards.
Sizes up to 110 cm can only take a spit roast on the oven door, while pizza oven sizes from 120cm onwrads can take two spit roasts on the oven door.
