Shipping Costs

The prices displayed on our website do not include shipping costs. Delivery charges depend on the destination country, total order weight, product dimensions and the type of goods purchased.

You can calculate the shipping cost without obligation by adding the desired products to your basket and proceeding to checkout. Once you enter the delivery address, the system will automatically calculate the applicable shipping charges.

All prices include VAT at the applicable rate unless otherwise stated.

Dispatch & Delivery

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the product purchased. An estimated delivery time is displayed on each product page, close to the price.

Delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on stock availability, product customisation, seasonal demand, production schedules and transport logistics.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Delivery Conditions

Deliveries are carried out by specialist carriers experienced in handling large and heavy goods. Delivery is made at ground level, to the entrance of your property, building entrance, driveway or any other location accessible by the delivery vehicle.

Drivers are not required to move goods inside houses, garages, gardens or private premises. Any movement of the product beyond the unloading point is the responsibility of the customer.

Important:
BRASAOVENS does not provide installation services. Delivery is considered complete once the goods have been unloaded at an accessible location.

If access to your property is restricted (narrow roads, steep inclines, historic town centres or other access limitations), please contact us before placing your order. Additional charges may apply in certain situations.

Checking Your Goods Upon Delivery

Before signing the delivery note, please carefully inspect both the packaging and the goods received.

If any visible damage is found, it must be clearly noted on the carrier's delivery receipt and, whenever possible, supported with photographs.

If the delivery receipt is signed without any remarks, it may no longer be possible to submit a transport damage claim with the carrier.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To start a return, please contact us by telephone or email and quote your order number.

Return Due to Change of Mind

If you wish to return a product because you have changed your mind, it must be returned unused, in new condition, complete and in its original packaging. Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you receive damaged, faulty or incorrect goods, BRASAOVENS will arrange a replacement or refund following assessment of the situation.

Any transport-related damage must be recorded on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

How to Return an Item

To speed up the return process, please contact us by phone or email and provide your order number.

If a collection is arranged, the goods must be properly packaged, ready for collection from the original delivery address and, whenever possible, packed in the original packaging.
