We aim to deliver all orders within 10 working days. However where items are out of stock, there may be a delay. In this case, we will inform you of a new estimated delivery date. If you have any queries regarding delivery, please get in touch by phone or eMail quoting your name and order number.
All orders will require a signature on arrival. The carrier will call to set up a delivery time. Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the carrier. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 5 - 10 days from the time of order.

4. Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please get in touch by phone or eMail within 14 days of delivery and we will either exchange, replace or refund the item price. All we ask is that the item(s) are in their original packaging, If any goods are returned damaged we reserve the right to levy a charge commensurate with our costs of processing the sale.
Any postage incurred by returning the item(s) to us will not be refunded nor will the original cost of delivery, unless in the case of damaged or faulty goods, or goods mistakenly shipped.
None of the above items affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied nor does it affect your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
How to Return
For an immediate refund, please get in touch by phone or eMail within 14 days of delivery for assistance. To expedite the processing of your return, please reference your order number.
If you request an item be picked up for return, the item must be packaged and available for pick up at the same address and in the same manner as it was delivered.
If the item arrived to you in a box, it will need to be in a box at the time of pick up.
