2. Shipping costs

Prices quoted in the shop do not include shipping.
The cost of shipping depends on the country where the delivery will happen and the weight of the total order.

You can simulate the cost of delivery (without any commitment) by sending the products you want to buy to the shopping cart and proceeding to checkout. Follow the steps in the shopping cart, until, after entering the delivery address, the system calculates the price and shows you the detailed totals.

All prices include VAT at the standard rate.

 

3. Average delivery time / Shipping / Delivery conditions / Checking the merchandise

3.1 Average delivery time:
This depends on the item you are looking at. However, in all items, under the price, you will find the average time for delivery.

3.2 Shipping:
As soon as an order is dispatched, it is assigned a tracking number, which will be provided to you by the system or an assistant. With the tracking number you will be able to track the package to locate it.

3.3 Delivery conditions:
Delivery assumes free access of the truck to your gate. Extraordinary delivery requirements may require an additional charge to the carrier. (If you are not sure about the ease of access of the truck to your house, please contact us to assess the situation)
WE DO NOT MAKE INSTALLATIONS. DELIVERY IS COMPLETE WHEN DELIVERED AT YOUR DOOR.
All deliveries require the customer's signature. In order for this to occur, someone must be on site to receive the package and sign the receipt.
The carrier always calls to set the delivery day.

3.4 Checking the merchandise:
Before accepting the goods, please examine the condition and integrity of the order you are receiving. If you notice any damage, write it on the delivery receipt and if possible record it with pictures. Please note that once you have signed the receipt without any mention of defects/problems with it, we will not be able to claim the insurance.  

  

4. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To return, please contact us via phone or email. Please have your order number at hand.

4.1 Remorse
In case of remorse, as long as the goods are in the same condition as you received them ( brand new), we will accept the goods back but charge you the delivery and return shipping costs to our premises.

4.2 Damaged or incorrect merchandise
In case of delivered damaged or faulty goods, or goods sent by mistake, we will exchange free of charge or refund the full amount of the transaction.
(In case of damaged/defective merchandise, you have to mention the defect/damage on the delivery receipt so that we can accept the claim).

4.3 How to return merchandise
Contact us via phone or email to expedite the return process. Please have the order number at hand.
If you request an item to be collected for return, it must be packed and available for collection at the same address as the delivery and in the same packaging in which it was delivered.
