Returns and Warranties

Warranties:

All products have a 3 year warranty by default.
However, there are exceptions, noted on the product sheet, where the warranty is 5 years.
The warranties do not cover consumables. Examples of consumables are: pizza peel, gloves, BBQ utensils, etc...

We accept returns under the following conditions:

1. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the goods.

2. The goods must be returned to our physical shop in the same condition as they were received (Brand New).

3. There is no return charge for defective products, or if the products shipped are incorrect or have been damaged by the carrier.

4. In the event of customer remorse, when purchasing the wrong product, when it does not fit, or when the customer no longer wants the itens, the return fee will be applied to the customer
