This oven is made with refractory fire bricks on the inside. In between those two layers there is a ceramic blanket for optimum insulation and heat retention. The oven's floor is tiled with refractory clay tiles.The oven is equiped with a cast iron door and a thermometer 0-350ºC.All our ovens are hand made, built by artisans the traditional way with the highest quality materials.
