Equipped with three ceramic layers of insulation, the COLISEU oven retains heat for longer, making it efficient for long cooking sessions. The final finish is made with colored cork coating, offering better thermal efficiency and a modern look.

Available in two sizes: 110 cm and 130 cm, this oven is perfect for cooking XL pizzas and large baking trays. The removable steel door (50 x 30 cm) with wooden handles provides easy access to the oven interior. The door is treated with black thermal paint, ensuring heat resistance.

This wood-fired oven comes with a built-in thermometer for temperature control and a stainless steel smoke evacuation system. The chimney pipe and cap are optional and can be purchased separately.
