The cover is made from PVC on the outside and coated on the inside with a soft cotton fabric that protects the painting of your BRASA Oven.
The cover is kept in place with an elastic cord lock.

It's a 12'' pizza peel for the portable pizza ovens.
It's made out of stainless steel 304 with a short wood wok handle. It fits in the pizza oven, so it can be stored inside it.

The BrasaOvens-550 digital infrared thermometer is an easy-to-use thermometer. Just point at the object and press the trigger to show the temperature on the display.
The thermometer incorporates a laser beam for maximum precision. Can be used in Celsius or Fahrenheit. Measurement response time is ≤0.5 seconds. Measures temperature ranges between -50 and +550ºC.
